Terms of Service
These terms cover the Sunnify website, the solar calculator, site survey bookings, and the referral programme. Using any part of the service means you accept them.

Who runs this service
Sunnify is a solar feasibility and savings assessment service for Singapore landed homeowners, operated as a sole proprietorship. The website is at sunnify.sg. For questions about these terms, email hello@sunnify.sg.
Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to use this service, book a site survey, or submit any personal details on this website. Solar installations involve property modifications and financial commitments that require legal capacity. If you are under 18, do not submit a booking form or share personal details.
The solar calculator
The calculator takes your Singapore address or postal code, reads satellite imagery via the Google Solar API, and returns an estimated annual savings figure. The result is a planning guide based on available satellite data, standard panel specifications, current SP Group tariff rates, and typical Singapore solar assumptions. The estimate is not a solar quotation, an engineering design, or financial advice. Actual system performance depends on your specific roof geometry, shading conditions, electrical setup, panel brand, and installation quality. Do not rely on the calculator result alone to decide whether to install solar.
Site surveys
A free site survey is conducted by Sunnify in person at your property. The survey covers roof measurement, shading assessment, electrical suitability, and panel placement options. After the visit, you receive a written summary with verified figures based on actual site conditions. A site survey is not a sales visit. You are not asked to sign anything or pay any deposit on the day.
No commitment to install
Using the calculator, reading any content on this website, or booking a site survey does not commit you to installing solar. At every step, you decide whether to continue. No contract is formed until you sign a separate written installation agreement with the relevant licensed installer.
Installer partner
Sunnify works with BCA ME03 certified solar installers in Singapore. If you choose to proceed with an installation after the site survey, Sunnify coordinates the handoff to the installation team. The installer is responsible for the physical installation, warranty obligations, and all post-installation compliance under Singapore regulations and EMA requirements. Sunnify does not carry out, manage, or guarantee installation services.
Referral programme
Sunnify operates a referral programme that rewards homeowners who refer others to the service. Full terms including eligibility conditions, payout structure, referral tracking, and fraud prevention rules will be published when the programme launches. Referral rewards are conditional on the referred party completing a paid installation and are subject to Sunnify's verification. These terms will be updated at launch. Accuracy of information
Sunnify publishes solar guides, cost estimates, and tariff references based on Singapore conditions as of the dates shown on each page. SP Group tariff rates, government incentive programmes, EMA regulations, and equipment pricing change over time. Review the published date on any guide before acting on the figures it contains. If you find outdated information, email hello@sunnify.sg.
Intellectual property
The Sunnify name, logo, website design, written content, and calculator software are the property of Sunnify. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of this website for commercial use without written permission. Sharing individual guide links or saving your own calculator result for personal reference is fine.
Limitation of liability
Sunnify provides this website and its tools as a free information and assessment service. Sunnify is not liable for financial loss, property damage, or any consequential loss arising from reliance on calculator estimates, guide content, or site survey findings. Every tool and service on this website informs your decision. None of them replace a signed installation contract with a licensed installer.
Third-party links and services
This website links to and integrates third-party services including Google Maps, Google Solar API, and Google Calendar. Sunnify does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Governing law
Singapore law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from use of this website or the services described here falls under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date below the page heading. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes that materially affect your rights will be noted in the page introduction.
